Original Art, Not One House Look

AstrumDesign's official contact page says Star Flash Studio was formally renamed AstrumDesign. The site names Dongguan Huacheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. as its publisher.

The illustrator-first model is easiest to see in YD's Mask Girl quartet: Luna, Mia, Ivy, and Sage share a sneakers, high-cut clothing, and mask concept. It is a coordinated series rather than proof that every AstrumDesign release follows the same visual formula.

AstrumDesign also credits NaBaBa on Debris, siki on Uten (雨天決行), apt on Halloween Succubus, and PAWA on Pilot Oneesan. Each is presented under the named illustrator's original character or project.

Licenses, Partners, and Production Notices

Licensed work now sits beside those originals. AstrumDesign's catalog includes projects based on NIKKE, Epic Seven, Oshi no Ko, and Cross Core.

Credits need to be read release by release. The Shifty product page names Herotime and AstrumDesign for production, then names HeartSum as issuer. That is a project partnership, not evidence that any of the three companies owns another.

The US-based Ultra Tokyo Connection lists Astrum Design in its wholesale catalog, while Milestone carries the brand in its Japanese business-to-business system. Those listings place Astrum Design in US and Japanese wholesale channels, but neither names an exclusive distributor or corporate parent.

In July 2022, AstrumDesign delayed White Bunny Onee-san after mass-production inspections found parts that required remanufacture. The notice said the factory would remake those parts and keep the rejected pieces out of the market. MyFigureCollection also carries bootleg warnings for Luna and White Bunny Onee-san, so buyers researching those releases have good reason to compare official product codes and seller photos.
