Nana establishes the playbook

Cow Girl Nana is not just BISHOUCRAFT's first figure. She establishes the label's whole proposition in one 16 cm body: an original character, 1/12 scale, articulated construction, alternate face and hands, a bottle, and a display stand. Hobby Japan introduced BISHOUCRAFT as a new label and called Nana its first release. The credits list BISHOUCRAFT twice, once for sculpting the figure and once for producing it.

The Japanese list price was ¥6,050 (about $40 USD), with a ¥2,090 optional-parts set (about $14 USD). That split matters. The base box supplies a complete poseable figure, while the second set expands how Nana can be configured. For collectors who photograph, repose, or mix compact figures on a shared shelf, customization is part of the appeal rather than an afterthought.

A three-character shelf in one scale

Reverse Bunny Nicole keeps the 1/12 format and stands about 17 cm tall. BISHOUCRAFT's official preorder notice priced the base figure at CNY 199, while AmiAmi's Yahoo storefront listed it at ¥5,640 (about $38 USD). Egyptian Goddess Bastet is the third verified character, also listed as an original 1/12-scale articulated figure. Together, Nana, Nicole, and Bastet make the early catalog unusually coherent: three original designs built around a common display scale.

Each design uses interchangeable parts or accessories to change expression, gesture, and silhouette. That gives BISHOUCRAFT a clear identity before it has a large catalog. The figures are less about reproducing a familiar licensed scene and more about letting the owner direct the character on the shelf.

Too new for a track record: judge each figure on its own

Nana's route to release was longer than first announced. BISHOUCRAFT posted every step in public: schedule changes, final inspection updates, a revision to the hand molds, then packing progress. On July 14, 2026 it said orders would begin shipping through its agents. The official account also told buyers that anything wrong with a figure should go back through the shop that sold it. Those updates provide useful visibility, but one shipped figure is not enough to establish long-term consistency.

Availability depends on region. BigBadToyStore listed Nana at $77.99 and Nicole at $70.99, while GunDamit listed Nicole at $47.99 before shipping. Nicole still appeared as a preorder at international retailers during this review. Comparing the delivered cost is sensible because retailer pricing, shipping, and import charges can change the value equation.

BISHOUCRAFT currently makes the most sense for collectors drawn to original-character design, 1/12-scale posing, and optional display parts. A release-by-release approach is appropriate while more figures reach owners. Public corporate information is still limited, including the legal founding date and formal headquarters.
