Chii: Soothing Breeze is sold as a 1/7 scale figure, meaning the character is represented at roughly one seventh of life size. It still reaches about 420 mm tall. Her rising hair and clothing turn that height into a column of movement, making Chii the clearest introduction to Oriental Forest's taste for compositions that push beyond the space implied by the scale label.

Oriental Forest was established in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, on May 13, 2021. Its official catalog lists seven own-label releases, meaning figures sold under Oriental Forest's own name. All seven are painted PVC and ABS figures at 1/7 scale, with fixed poses rather than action-figure joints.

The licensed characters come from Azur Lane, Girls' Frontline, Blue Archive, Chobits, and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. Halloween Witch adds an original character by illustrator Fuzichoco. Across those licenses, hair, clothing, weapons, and scenic bases often carry as much visual weight as the character's standing height.

How seven Oriental Forest releases shaped the catalog

Ark Royal: Pure-White Protector from Azur Lane established the expensive end of the catalog at ¥45,980, about $305 USD. The complete display measures about 484 by 423 by 404 mm, combining the character with a rifle, architecture, flowers, and effect parts. FX-05: She Comes From the Rain from Girls' Frontline kept the scenic approach but lowered the list price to ¥21,780, about $145 USD.

Hanako from Blue Archive brought a different kind of ambition. The ¥22,880 regular package, about $150 USD, supports uniform or swimsuit display through interchangeable parts. The ¥26,840 DX version, about $180 USD, adds a head and second base so both bodies can stand at once.

Four later figures share the catalog's lowest list price of ¥18,600, about $125 USD: Chii, the matching Hanfu Style versions of Rimuru Tempest and Milim Nava, and Halloween Witch. That group moved the own label toward a narrower, more approachable price band without abandoning tall hair, costume work, or constructed settings. The arc is not a steady climb toward higher prices. It begins with one oversized showcase and then settles around smaller scenes and character pairs.

Chii is the clearest first purchase for someone drawn to Oriental Forest's use of height and flowing shapes. Oriental Forest's official catalog shows no own-label entry dated after May 26, 2025, as of August 7, 2026. That makes the consumer-facing label quiet. It does not make the company absent from current figure production.

Five SHIBUYA SCRAMBLE FIGURE projects credit Oriental Forest for production cooperation: Holo from Spice and Wolf, two Hatsune Miku figures, Mash Kyrielight, and King of Mages Solomon. Production cooperation is a behind-the-scenes project credit, not the name on the box as seller. The same official pages name CyberZ as seller, so these releases belong to the SHIBUYA SCRAMBLE FIGURE catalog rather than Oriental Forest's seven own-label figures.

The Project Sekai Championship 2022 Autumn Hatsune Miku page moved its delivery window from February to June 2026. Crystal Dress Hatsune Miku and Mash are scheduled for September 2026, while Solomon is scheduled for November 2026. Schedules can change, but these dated credits document an active production role through late 2026.

Oriental Forest therefore has two distinct chapters in view. Its own label is a compact run of large 1/7 displays with one unusually expensive opening statement. Its current name is easier to find in the credits behind another premium figure brand, which keeps the company present while collectors wait to see whether a new house release follows.
